Switzerland has recently announced its plans to cut greenhouse gas emissions in half by 2030. This is just a stepping stone in their ultimate plan to completely eradicate climate change by 2050. It is unclear if this will be possible keeping in mind that they’re facing melting glaciers.

The Reserve Bank of New Zealand has reappointed its governor Adrian Orr for another five-year term. This comes after he was able to successfully guide the economy through some major economic and financial crisis during his previous term with the bank.

Switzerland has been accused by border control agents in the EU for allowing migrants to exist the country into other EU states without the necessary documentation. This is especially the case of migrants coming from Austria who are able to travel to other regions now.
